Please Train Your Shipping Associates
I've complained multiple times about how products are packed for shipping and have received multiple credits/replacements. I even stopped ordering from Chewy for awhile because of this but decided to give you another chance. And you failed miserably. Please tell me who, that is responsible for packing orders for shipping, would think it is OK to throw a liquid product in a zip lock bag and then throw that into a box loose with a 40 lb bag of cat litter, with no other packing material except a thin, flat piece of kraft paper, to prevent the items from shifting and banging against each other, and think that is going to make it to the customer intact? I can tell you who...Chewy's shipping people, who have been doing it for years! And once again I have to deal with a busted leaking bottle. It is just unbelievable to me that you can let this go on and on with no corrective action. Well it is costing you my business and from reading all the similar online reviews I assume it has cost you the business of a lot of people. Such a shame as it would be such an easy fix for anyone that cared even a little! This review is not about the product quality, it is about Chewy management, who as far as shipping goes would get a zero rating if I could give it. So, no I do not recommend Chewy to anyone.

I use this brands hand and nail ocean and it is fantastic. Could not asked to use a better kind of lotion on my face and body. So I thought I would try their shampoo and conditioner. It's the best shampoo and conditioner I've ever used.
What other brands of horse shampoo?
This is the only general use shampoo I’ve used for my horses for the last 15 years. I’ve never had a reason to try a different one. Works perfectly. Nothing to complain about. The only shampoos I keep at the barn is Main N Tail and a whitening shampoo for grays and chrome. Works on dogs, too.
Great product
My farmer brother in law introduced me to this shampoo probably 40 years ago and Im still using it today. Great shampoo, leaves your hair feeling clean without drying it out.
Good mild but cleansing shampoo
We have 3 horses that are fox hunters and generally require a good cleaning after coming in from the hunt Their condition can range from sweaty to mud covered and Mane&Tail gets them presentable in short order It does the job without being harsh or drying Price is reasonable It is pretty much all we have used over the years
Not just for horses
I have used this product for many years. (chewy has the best price) I love how thick the shampoo is, it stays where you put it instead of running off. Leaves a nice shine and smells good to. BTW people can also use this.
