Can I use this for ducklings?

Ducklings should stay on Mazuri Waterfowl Starter Duckling & Gosling Food until they are fully feathered usually around 7 to 9 weeks of age. At that time you would transition them to Mazuri Waterfowl Maintenance Duck & Geese Food.

Can this food be used in a feeder on land?

The recommendation is to scatter food directly on the water, where it will float, or it may be fed in a long, shallow trough of water, which will prevent the food from floating away from the birds.

It's like cake but healthy

Been caring for a lot of waterfowl for a long time and been testing the waters with different feeds but it just I never change my my Mazuri floating pellets. I know

Been caring for a lot of waterfowl for a long time and been testing the waters with different feeds but it just I never change my my Mazuri floating pellets. I know they're getting a full balanced diet and other than loving it it's worth every penny it's I know it's a steady staple diet for them. And I feed between 150 and 200 geese and ducks. Of course I give them other feed as well and greens but if it comes down to it I'd rather spend my money on this than anything else because I know it's healthy and they love it. I only wish I could show you before and after pictures of some of the geese that I've looked after and they were very rough and unhealthy when I first started working with them and after feeding them this at UC results immediately like within a week I noticed a a huge difference. And within a month they're like a new bird. I stand behind this completely worth every penny.

Sam is a swan. He has lived in our pond for almost a year. He is alone. Several people in our neighborhood feed him, especially as the weather turns cold. We are very concerned that when the pond freezes he will starve. He has no flock except there are geese that come and go, and they eat the greens in the pond, so there is not much left there for Sam. This food for swans was exactly what I wanted. It's dry food that floats. Sam can see it and eat it quickly. I wish I could help him more.

My chickens take most of the food so I thought putting it in the duck and goose pool would out smart them. It does but the chickens will still go after it. Smells

I have to nearly dissolve this in hot water (and cooked oats) and blend in cracked corn to tempt the birds to eat it. I love their product for young waterbids (smaller

I have to nearly dissolve this in hot water (and cooked oats) and blend in cracked corn to tempt the birds to eat it. I love their product for young waterbids (smaller particle size) but Maintenance pieces are too large so crushing or dissolving helps uptake in my flock. I can toss into the creek when mallards float by :-)
