My cats absolutely love it BUT I have to really rub my fingers throughout and examine before giving it to them each time because there are a ton of really sharp stems in it. You can barely break them. My cats eat catnip so if they got this in their mouth I would be scared it could choke them or puncture because it’s sharp enough to stab into my finger. I found a really long one, half an inch long which was as strong as a toothpick and sharp as a needle. I won’t be purchasing this again. Maybe it’s because of the silvervine? I have their OG catnip and it’s fine, no sharp pieces. I will stick to that one. I picked those sharp pieces right near the top as an example so who knows how many there are in the whole container.
I got this as a special treat for Simon’s birthday. He really didn't respond to it at all. Even my cats who get super excited over catnip didn’t respond to it all that much. All cats are different and I hope other cats enjoy it. I will give it to a friend
Seems like every catnip on here has mixed reviews so I decided to go with a brand I know they like. They loved it, rolled around in it and ate it. As long as they're enjoying it, I'm satisfied.
My cats love this blend so much more than other catnips I’ve given them. My one cat meows really loud for it once I’ve got the bottle in hand. I’m not a super fan of it because of the stems in it. I pick them out because I’m paranoid about my cat hurting herself by eating a stem or rolling too hard on it. Every package I’ve gotten of these has also been fragrant/ fresh smelling.
This is the good stuff. Had 10 cats rollin all over the floor...
