Our Beagle/Shepherd mix used to LOVE this food until this last bag. For whatever reason, it seems to upset her stomach over time to the point where she will not eat at all! I don't know if they changed the formula or not, but the kibble seems to disintegrate and the "raw bits" are significantly smaller than they were before. Will not be buying again!

Not what I expected
I usually get my Merrick food at my local farm store but thought i would get cat and dog food from chewy this time. Chewy is always great on delivery and customer service. This time I’m not sure if it was in the shipping or what but most of the food is powder or broken pieces. Not the greatest bag for the price.

Tiny worms in bag!
I will not trust this brand again. There were tiny worms in the food. Had to throw it out but had already fed some to my dog! Disgusting!

my guy gobbles it up
Not a fan of kibbles bc they lose a lot of their nutrition in the cooking process, but I feed this to my Pembroke when I travel. He loves it. He will pick out all the raw chunks and run off and hide to eat them before he devours the kibble. Recommend since Champion Foods bought Orijen and ruined it

Inconsistent raw infused count
The amount of the raw infused bits are inconsistent. Most recent batch has very few. Previous batch had a lot.

Happy healthy pups
My pups are crazy for the raw infused line from Merrick! We were using Orijen previously and chose to look for a food that was a bit cheaper but still checked all the boxes. Merrick not only took care of that, but the pups love it MORE than they did Orijen! We use both great plains and pacific catch on the daily to give our pups some great flavors and keep them interested. It works great!
