Methocarbamol (Generic) Tablets for Dogs & Cats, 500-mg, 120 tablets

I ordered pain meds for my senior dog. (This was only the second time I had ever used Chewy.) Before they arrived we made a quick decision to put her down. I emailed Chewy to see if I could cancel the order. I could not. However, they offered to attempt to intercept the delivery and have the carrier return the order. They didn’t need to make that offer. At this point they didn’t know our dog was gone. I replied to thank them and told them she was gone and that we would just accept the medication. Chewy replied with a very nice sentiment of sympathy. About 10 days later, I received a sympathy card in the mail They didn’t have to extend their sympathy or even try to stop my order. If we decide to get a new puppy, I will use Chewy again, the care they extended and the quickness of prescription fulfillment was impressive. Thank you
