Nearly a perfect fit, but it still leaves some small gaps. The product would be so much better if it just has one or two more clips on each panel. I will still be using my landscaping edging for additional scatter protection, but crossing my fingers that this will be a little more chew proof.

Doesn’t fit correctly

Great idea but once installed the doors of our critter nation won’t close. We will have to bend it and drill holes and zip tie it to make it work. But over all chewys

Great idea but once installed the doors of our critter nation won’t close. We will have to bend it and drill holes and zip tie it to make it work. But over all chewys price is fantastic compared to amazons $80. And it’ll help hold in some hay from our prairie dogs mess:)

Not great

Bought for my ferrets and they came bent up and when I installed them they really do not help with urine but they are least stopping there poop from falling out

Terribly Designed Product

I bought this for my critter nation cage for my rats and it barely fits inside I have to fight to close the doors and I feel like I’m going to break the cage. The

I bought this for my critter nation cage for my rats and it barely fits inside I have to fight to close the doors and I feel like I’m going to break the cage. The design and quality are so bad. I also am terrified my rats will try to wiggle under it and get stuck since they are only 2 months old. This guard feels like it’s not only going to ruin my cage but also be a danger to my animals. I wish I never bought it and it’s frustrating because I still need a solution to stop my rats from kicking their bedding out of their cage.

Make sure you get the correct upper/lower

A bit fiddly to put on but straight-forward after you’ve figured it out. Some will need to be gently bent into correct position, but it’s a very giving metal so

A bit fiddly to put on but straight-forward after you’ve figured it out. Some will need to be gently bent into correct position, but it’s a very giving metal so be gentle with it when you do! I wish Midwest would iterate on these and the cage pans a bit after so long of being around, but they are functional and help keep most small critters from backing into a corner and urinating/defecating on the floor. :P They are pretty good at keeping bedding in the cage as well.
