Each exercise pen is comprised of eight hinged panels, each 24" wide, making the pen 16 linear feet.

Can the panels be easily removed to make the pen smaller and then reinserted as needed?

The panels are not designed to be removed and reattached. They can be removed, however, it could weaken the Hartco clips that hinge the panels together.

STILL NO DELIVERY

The website said delivery in 1-3 days. Well, we're at DAY 3 and the "live chat" person said that it "should pack" within the next 24 hours, and then take 2-3 days

The website said delivery in 1-3 days. Well, we're at DAY 3 and the "live chat" person said that it "should pack" within the next 24 hours, and then take 2-3 days to delivery. I live in a metropolitan area, not in the boonies. This is NOT what the website promised. If I had known it would take a week...or more... I would have purchased from a local vendor. The item was needed this week for a new puppy. It clearly is not going to arrive. Very frustrating.

It turned out better than I expected. I needed an enclosure for a short period of time. I didn’t want to close my dog in a room and have door scratching. The pen was sturdy enough to keep him enclosed for the needed time, it worked well. I’m glad I have it in case I need it again.

This order was cancelled while the app still said it hadn't shipped, because chewy notified me the back preferred brand I wanted was back in stock. Unfortunately,

This order was cancelled while the app still said it hadn't shipped, because chewy notified me the back preferred brand I wanted was back in stock. Unfortunately, they sent it anyway. I used the chat to notify chewy that it was cancelled but sent. They said they'd try to turn it around, and if it arrived while I was home to refuse it. They said if it was left at my door to keep it and donate it to the shelter. It was left at the door and I got on the chat again. This person told me to take it to fed ex and send it back. I said it wouldn't fit in my car and they said they'd send FedEx to pick up from my house. The same day, the correct brand product was delivered, but in the wrong size. Normally I really like chewy, but this item was needed immediately and I couldn't send them BOTH back. So once again I got on the chat and told them I guess I have to keep and pay for both. I'm really not happy with the inconsistency of the people on the chat and now I'm out double the cost and don't have the product I wanted either.

Our back yard block wall was low in places. I needed something inexpensive, quick, do it myself, to contain newly adopted rescue dog. I fastened the 48" wire pens to block wall pillars with paracord. Works great!

I was leave my dog in his Kennel while I work so I wanted him to have some more room and not be stuck in there but also didn’t want him tearing up everything in

I bought two of these and they are perfect. They are small enough to be somewhat portable. I plan to put the two of them together as my puppy grows. I use them

I ordered two of these exercise pens. They've been a lifesaver for me. I have an active dog that just had knee surgery and needs to not be flying around the house

I ordered two of these exercise pens. They've been a lifesaver for me. I have an active dog that just had knee surgery and needs to not be flying around the house. Easy to set up. Lightweight and easy to move. My dog is very happy to be in the pens. She seems to feel very secure. I set up in my kitchen and another in rec room, so she can be with us, but still be restricted.
