I love this product I have been using for years for my white Maltese and it definitely helps remove tear stains but you have to use this along with another product

This seems to work well for the times my dog (very fluffy) gets crusty bits around her eyes. I usually used Ark Naturals Eyes So Bright for this, but it has been out of stock, so this was purchased as a substitute. But I find I like it better as eye drops for her when she gets hair, fuzz, whatever actually IN her eyes. The offensive bit of whatever floats around on her eyeball and using this product as an eye wash seems to help hoosh it away. It has become a useful part of her grooming routine. (and she doesn't seem to mind it at all)

Good value for the price!

Well the part where the eye drops are supposed to come out will not stay in the bottle so 1st day it just spilled all over giving me just a little over half a bottle

Plastic insert doesn’t fit snugly in the bottle

My dog gets infections in her eyes due to diabetes, and I recently purchased this product to help clean her eyes out when she gets the infections. The first time

My dog gets infections in her eyes due to diabetes, and I recently purchased this product to help clean her eyes out when she gets the infections. The first time I used it was also the last because the insert in the bottle does not fit correctly and as I went to squirt the drops out of the bottle the entire insert plopped out, and the whole bottle emptied onto her face. I thought it was my fault for squeezing the bottle a little bit to get the solution out but when I attempted to put the insert back in, it does not fit into the opening snuggly and any pressure on the bottle causes it to fall out, not allowing you to squeeze, drops into their eyes to clean them out. Very disappointing, especially in a time of need. Heading out to my local pet store right now to get another bottle of solution.
