The Missing Link Collagen Care Soft Chew Hip & Joint Supplement for Dogs, 60 count

Our vet had recommended a glucosamine additive for our 11 year old dog. It was helpful but still we saw lots of stiffness, limping, signs of pain, etc. We added these collagen treats to her diet and she has her bounce back. The limping & stiffness are gone....she is running, jumping & playing again.

I opened the 1st container and noticed immediately it was a different color and texture than the same product previously received. Maverick, my 12.5 yr old retired racing greyhound would not eat it. The previous ones he ate like a treat. I opened the 2nd container and it was the same color and texture as those previously received. Maverick ate it without hesitation. The 1st container chews are yellow and cannot be crumbled. The 2nd container chews are like the ones we had previously received. They are brown and can be crumbled. Exp dates are: #1 10/17/26, #2 11/31/26. Both were sealed. I tried for 3 days to get Maverick to eat the #1 chews that are yellow. He eats around them leaving them as the only thing in his dish. I wrapped them in cheese (always a sure way to get him to take a pill), he eats the cheese off and leaves the chew. Re: recommendations...I would not recommend the yellow colored chews. They are the same product as the brown chews. Same ingredients etc. They are different lot #s. Something must have gone wrong with that lot. It's difficult to answer would I recommend. I would recommend the brown ones, but now I question how you would even know what you are going to receive. Chewy, please help me understand or solve this mystery. Thank you!
