Rich in natural salts and minerals from the North Atlantic Ocean, this kelp powder supplement can help provide a variety of health benefits for cats and dogs.

The protein content and amino acids in the seaweed are thought to support tissue repair for animals recovering from illness or surgery.

    Probiotic For Dogs

By Dogsign on Nov 20, 2020 Top 250 Contributor

I have a pet (Dog) she has stomach problems and thought since I am not able to get her usual meds, I would try this one. I put it in her food with I knew she would eat when I made her favorite homemade chicken and put extra chicken in it. Well that did not go well. She knew I had cooked a chicken and went up to her dish, smelled it and walked away. Refused to eat her food, so when the other pets went to get a drink of water she smelled their food and ate theirs instead. Her food and extra chicken was wasted. Know one ate it, had to toss her dish of food away.

A Miracle in a Little Bag

By Kathy on Aug 2, 2020

Tessa had chronic diarrhea for over a year and nothing the vets gave her helped. It got to the point that she was in terrible pain every time she pooped. We were at the point of sending her over the bridge bc we could see how much it was affecting her life. A friend suggested this and within three days her poop became more normal. Within a week, she was no longer moaning when pooping. Within a month she was her old self!!! Even the people at her daycare center noticed and asked what we were doing different!! We will never not give this to her. I have even stocked up on it so if it ever goes out of stock (it did at one point), I will always have some. I highly recommend!

It's too soon to tell. I have only had him on it for 2 weeks, but his body is so fishy-smelling, Has anyone else noticed that?

    Seems to work

By Patty on Jun 3, 2020

I was reading the reviews here because the vet wanted to change my King Charles Spaniel's diet again with a prescription brand for bladder stones which her current food took care of and the pancreatitis she's always had that was giving her diarrhea again. The brand would have had to change, and I don't trust any of the other prescription brand makers, and she's doing so well on her current food that I just could not bring myself to do this. So I began researching, which brought me to the reviews here and I did some reading on this product and decided to give it a try. All our dogs have taken The Missing Link product for years, but never the probiotic formula, and sure enough, her stools firmed I was reading the reviews here because the vet wanted to change my King Charles Spaniel's diet again with a prescription brand for bladder stones which her current food took care of and the pancreatitis she's always had that was giving her diarrhea again. Bought for the probiotic but got other results

By KTee on Mar 23, 2020

The vet put my dog on a probiotic (Fortiflora) after a bout of pancreatitis but it was too expensive to use on a regular basis. I gave this a try and so glad I did. After using for a month, my other dog with allergies, seems to be reaping the most benefit from the pet kelp formula. The fur on his paws that are usually stained orange from constant licking, have cleared up considerably and the crusty eye goop has also cleared up. No stomach upset and firm stools. They weren't fond of it at first and it does not mix well with their kibble. I have started adding a splash of bone broth to their food to help it mix in and they are taking it and licking their bowls clean. Definitely recommend!

Picky eater had no problem with Missing Link

By Rontu on Mar 27, 2020 Top 100 Contributor

Trying to add fiber and probiotics to my best friends diet. He is a very picky eater and has loose stools. He likes the taste and eats it mixed into his normal food. I see some improvement but just started this a week ago. Great ingredients that I feel good about feeding him.
