Mometamax (Gentamicin / Mometasone / Clotrimazole) Otic Suspension for Dogs, 30-g

Active Ingredients: Gentamicin Sulfate, USP Equivalent To 3 Mg Gentamicin Base, Mometasone Furoate Monohydrate Equivalent To 1 mg Mometasone, and 10 mg Clotrimazole, USP.

Inactive Ingredients: Mineral oil-based system containing a plasticized Hydrocarbon gel.

Mometamax Otic Suspension is a topical medication that is applied directly to the ear(s) in order to treat ear infections and inflammation. It contains antibiotic, corticosteroid, and antifungal medications that are highly effective in relieving ear infections and the symptoms that accompany them.

Use Mometamax only as directed by your veterinarian. If this medication is used incorrectly, it can cause the ear infection to come back or it can damage the ear(s).

Make sure the ear is cleaned and dried prior to applying Mometamax. If there is excess hair around the ear canal, clip it to achieve maximal results.

Instill the prescribed quantity of medication in the affected ear(s) and massage the ear briefly. Always call your veterinarian for further guidance if you do not know how to use this medication correctly.

This medication contains antibiotic (Gentamicin), corticosteroid (Mometasone), and antifungal (Clomitrazole). These medicated ingredients work together to kill bacteria/yeast and reduce inflammation that is common with canine ear infection(s).

Mometamax kills susceptible organisms that cause ear infection(s). This helps your pets ear(s) to feel better. Improvement should be noted within 7 days and medication should not be continued longer than that unless otherwise directed. If your pet is not improving or if he/she seems to be worsening, call your veterinarian for guidance.
