Not sure why it's impossible to choose individual "characters"

I agree with the below reviews expressing frustration with the inability to choose a "character." Why is this, Chewy?? They are all individually packaged. What is

I agree with the below reviews expressing frustration with the inability to choose a "character." Why is this, Chewy?? They are all individually packaged. What is so hard about allowing us to choose which we want? My cat ONLY loves the snake. I would buy FIVE snakes, maybe more, but when I ordered two (thinking I'd get two SETS, not two whichever "they" "choose"), I got no snake, and my cat was not interested. Neither was his brother. If you are a company selling cat toys, you should know cats, like humans, have very specific preferences. This is what you do. In fact, selling pet products is ALL YOU DO. You need to recognize your client base and let us choose what we know our cats will want. Now, as a result, I will never order them again, because I might get NO snakes. I know it sounds silly, but so be it. If my furry boy wants ONLY snakes, I don't want to waste money on other creatures, no matter how cute I might find them. Please do better here, Chewy.

I ordered three hand knit cat toys because underneath where you select the quantity you want to order, it said, buy 3 get 1 free My order was received, yet it only contained three knit cat toys, and two of them were identical. I was expecting four toys. Only receiving three, and then two of them were snakes was disappointing for me and my cat. He likes me to throw the toy out of the room so he can go hunt it down. He then brings it back to me just like a dog does. No lies. The snakes are not very good at all for throwing. It wouldn’t have been a big deal if I received two out of four that were snakes. I thought that is why you had the buy 3 get 1 promotion for them.

On the toy deal of buy so many and get one free or whatever, I ordered 4 of them hoping for a snake and got everything except the snake! That's Marvin's favorite

He has 2 already and I have not been able to find one again at any local store. These toys are cute but I really wish you could pick which one you receive. Marvin needs a new snake!!!

Not 5 toys! Just one.

Was very disappointed when we realized we bought one toy and not five. We foster and unfortunately toys get lost. Five was a great value- very disappointed.
