Feathers pulled out immediately

My cat likes this toy, however the feathers all pulled out almost immediately after I gave it to her. Could be better made or substitute bells or something else

My cat shredded this toy open in two days and the filling (extremely tiny pink plastic) is everywhere. My cat is not rough on toys, this is unacceptable.
