GREAT this is low fat - But dogs do not like it

I ordered this because it's low fat, limited ingredients. and NO chicken (one dog is allergic to chicken, beef, and flax). Those are all great things about this item and very hard to find in wet dog food. Sadly neither dog will eat it. Even the one who is not a picky eater. Otherwise I would give this 5 stars.

Great for sensitive tummies

I’m glad we found these. Our pup is an old boy and has a number of health issues including GI issues. Trying something new can be scary, but we have to do it because we struggle to get him to eat. He transitioned to this with no issues and continues to eat it. We are grateful.

Great Product but damaged in shipping

I have no complaints about this product or Chewy's excellent selection of foods for my Sheba. Vet recommended!

Not for IBS or Replacement for Royal Canin

I was looking for a replacement for the Prescription Royal Canin Duck when it was out of stock. The ingredients listed for Natural Balance were very similar to Royal Canin and my vet recommended for us to try it. After a few months, my 11 yr old English Springer Spaniel developed a serious case of Pancreatitis. We are now using Royal Canin Liver and he is doing well.

Good Price and Selection

Being extremely busy at work, Chewy made it easy to order dog food for my amazing Australian Shepard. Food was at my door step 1-3 days, and the price was better than compeditors

Great food but where’s the pop top lid?

My dog really loves this food. It’s great for all of his special dietary requirements. But it doesn’t have a quick pop top lid. It would be so great if it had a pop top lid instead of having to break out a can opener every day to open the food. That’s my only complaint

what’s happened to this dof food?

My dog has been eating this food for 3 yrs. A new case arrived, feeding dog as usual. Immediately my dog begin to have stomach issues. That has been a week ago & we are just figuring out it is the canned food. This batch is runny, it has a really bad smell, this isn’t the same as the Duck & Potato we always get. My dog is fine today as all she ate was her dry kibble. This case of food is bad! Not sure how to report this. 11/02/2021

All she has ate for 14 years

We have a crazy little terrier mix. She is 15 now, deaf as a doornail and almost blind. But one thing she still is despite her old age is happy, healthy and full of energy and plays like a wild dog. She was put on this around 1 year of age when she had a lot of food allergy problems and has been fine since. We joke how she needs to be a spokesman for the food since this is all she gets. Only problem is it's expensive.

Quality keeps going down price keeps going up

Not as good as it once was. Water content was increased so there is less duck Plus price increase way to high Going to search for different brand. Been a customer too long but i guess corporate doesn’t care if I leave

Always liked this brand

I have been giving Natural Balance to my dogs for years. I like their other canned dog food but the duck and potato is my favorite. I like the consistency and, of course, my dogs like it also!
