There's approximately 4 cups of food in every pound of kibble. The 4.5 pound bag contains 18 cups, the 13 pound bag contains 52 cups and the 26 pound bag contains 104 cups.

Why didn’t you recall this?!?!

I am so disappointed in Natural Balance! I have been feeding my dogs sweet potatoe and venison for over 10 years and now I see clumps with black spots on the food!

I am so disappointed in Natural Balance! I have been feeding my dogs sweet potatoe and venison for over 10 years and now I see clumps with black spots on the food! I am so disappointed in myself for not noticing earlier. My dogs stomachs have been more active. A lot more accidents inside the home. They seem normal otherwise besides being hungrier. But dog food usually isn’t this hard. It’s never clumped and never has black on the food until now. It also seems drier than usual. I just received a package from Chewy. Thankfully they’re going to let me return it and give me a full refund. This bag seems okay meaning it’s not clumped however, I’m not feeding them this. This bag seems oilier than usual, darker than usual and has a strong odor. Disappointed in Natural Balance. We should’ve been informed! No idea what I’m going to feed them now but I’m not going back to Natural Balance! Not after this!!!! Thank you for being awesome like usual Chewy. Granted I would’ve returned this to a local store so it only seems fair to give me my money back. The new bag looks like oiled down dog food with dark spots.

Bad Food

I had bought a bag of this dog food, and when I opened it up, the kibbles were in clumps when the replacement bag was shipped at the bottom of the bag there were

I had bought a bag of this dog food, and when I opened it up, the kibbles were in clumps when the replacement bag was shipped at the bottom of the bag there were huge clumps, almost like the kibble may have gotten wet. I did not feel safe, feeding my dogs food as I didn’t know if there was something wrong with it. And was very unsatisfied with the customer service provided by chewy with this matter.

My boy has never missed a meal, no matter what he’s been fed. So either he is a non picky eater or the product itself is very tasty to him. Maybe it’s all the fresh meat and vegetables that I put on top of the kibble. Or it’s a combination of all of that. I trust Natural Balance to provide a healthy product. I did not buy a 5 lb. bag, more like a 25 or 35lb. bag. Ziggy is a big boy.

Product is terrific but unpacking was a challenge

The 22 lb bag of dog food was shipped with other items that must have torn the bag in transit. The foot-long tear was in the middle of the bag, making it impossible

The 22 lb bag of dog food was shipped with other items that must have torn the bag in transit. The foot-long tear was in the middle of the bag, making it impossible to remove the bag and store the kibble in the bag. Food spilled out everywhere, including through the seams of the shipping box, whose ends had also opened in transit. In the future I will place a separate order for kibble and a second order for everything else after the kibble has shipped.

I will try the Chicken, Lamb and Venison to see what flavor she likes the best! May also mix some of the flavors together just to keep her palate interested once I have tried them all over a period of time. We shall see what works!

And I open this bag I just said not look right so I took out a handful of the food we’ve had from the last order food that just came yesterday. Easily crumbles when you rub it in your hand, whereas the food we’ve been getting is hard and darker. Don’t feel right bike replacement.
