How many should be the limit for my 18# dog?

As a general rule of thumb, really small dogs should not eat more than two treats each day, and you shouldn't give them table scrapes because they can get sick. Medium sized dogs can eat up to three treats each day without any adverse health problems. Larger dogs can eat up to five treats per day.

is the option of regular and small for the dog breed or for the treat size? I have a puppy but he is considered a large breed so I am not sure which to choose.

The sizes of Regular and Small for these treats are in reference to the size and breed of your pet. The small treats are about 1 inch long and the regular treats are about 1.5 inches long. The treats are easy to break. Choose whichever length will work best for the size of your dog.

Condition of package

Most of the dog biscuits in the bag were broken or crushed. They were sent in a box so they were probably like that before shipment.

Love Sweet Potatoes

Crushed treats

Have bought these treats for several years, both on line and at pet food stores. we ordered a few different flavors of Natural Balance. The Sweet potatoe & fish & the Potatoe & Duck look like they had been driven over....nothing but crushed pieces in the bags !!?

Finn... Not A Fan

The turkey variety was our jam. It's gone. Finn refuses to eat these. Also attempted the deer variety since he loves the sticks. No dice. Tried tricking him at pop pops house also failed. I wish you better luck than we've had.

Fish Biscuits but don't smell fishy

These are great for my pup's sensitive tummy. They are fish based, but don't smell fishy. And my human friend once made the mistake of pulling a snack from the wrong jar. She can report they don't taste fishy either. HA! Make sure you order the right size! The small dog ones are my preference. I accidently ordered the large biscuits once. They break in half easy enough, but are very hard to break up into smaller piece for a small dog.

Great find

My dog has horrible skin issues and a sensitive stomach. Per the advice of her vet, she is now on limited ingredient food. She is off chicken too. Finding limited ingredient treats without chicken is tough. I found this and was thrilled because this is my brand of choice. She absolutely loves these. I highly recommend for any sensitive dog. Natural Balance is a brand you can trust.

Great Product

The first thing my dog is not a picky eater. He loves the treats. They are easy to break up if you want to do that. They smell a little fishy but hey there supposed to please the dog not me. LOL!

Love the all natural ingredients. Crunchy for the dogs teeth, great size so you don’t over do the treats. Dogs love them!

My fur baby loves them

So far my dog loves these treats and she gets 2 to 4 a day. I have not seen them upset her stomach either.
