Working Well for Sensitive Stomach

I switched to this food because my 8 yr old Australian Shepherd mix has gut issues. I put both my dogs on this so I don't have to buy two different kinds of food

I switched to this food because my 8 yr old Australian Shepherd mix has gut issues. I put both my dogs on this so I don't have to buy two different kinds of food. They both gobble this up, and my Ausie Shepherd mix seems to doing better on it. We are seeing more consistent solid stool. My other dog who is smaller does well with this kibble size which is bigger than the tiny kibble I fed them both prior. This kibble is flat and a little smaller than a dime in diameter. He probably digests this better as well because I actually hear him chewing rather than just chopping it down.

Dog did not like it, plus he did get sick when he did eat it. I not a 100% sure it was from the dog food, but it could be.

This was recommended as a substitute for my normal food that was out of stock. Unfortunately after getting the pups switched over, I noticed that my Addisonians

This was recommended as a substitute for my normal food that was out of stock. Unfortunately after getting the pups switched over, I noticed that my Addisonians dog was having some issues. I did not take into account the drastic difference in sodium and potassium that this food has compared to my normal food. We will have to order else where when our regular food is out of stock. I highly recommend that you look at nutritional facts before taking the recommended options.

My dog has always has a sensitive stomach and we've tried a lot of different foods, but this one just might be the winner! She loves the flavor and the variety in the kibble shapes. It doesn't bother her stomach like so many other foods do, it was a seamless transition and best of all my dog is excited for mealtime again 😊 I like that it's reasonably prices for a food with such high quality ingredients, will definitely be purchasing this again.

Yummy and Healthy Natural Balance Dog Food

I tried the Natural Balance Sensitive Skin & Stomach dog food for my lab mix who has chronic ear infections and general skin irritation and my Border Collie mix

I tried the Natural Balance Sensitive Skin & Stomach dog food for my lab mix who has chronic ear infections and general skin irritation and my Border Collie mix who is prone to stomach upset. It is too soon to tell if the food will help with those issues, but I am hopeful that it will because both of my dogs love it! The Border Collie mix is a very picky eater and devoured this food without a second thought! I appreciate that Salmon is the first ingredient and that there is no corn, wheat, or soy. The only thing that would make this better would be if the bag was more heavy duty. When I opened the bag it ripped almost halfway down.

At 10 years old, Ruger (our opinionated chocolate Lab) has developed a sensitive stomach and a picky palate—fun combo. We’ve tried plenty of foods that either upset his belly or earned a hard “nope” from the food bowl. This salmon & oatmeal blend? Total win. No tummy issues, no skin flare-ups, and he actually looks forward to mealtime again. His coat’s looking shinier, too—my wife says he’s starting to resemble a healthy chocolate truffle. Kibble size is just right, and we mix it with a little wet food for extra enthusiasm. No complaints from Ruger—just some suspiciously clean bowls.

My Boxer loves getting packages from Chewy. He gets excited and opens them himself. The Natural Balance Dog Food was a sure winner for him. I think he could smell the food through the packaging. He really loves this food. Normally I add hot water to make a gravy and with this he eats it dry. The food it self is good size for him to chew. I noticed his stool is starting to firm up and no more diarrhea. I will definitely be buying more.

I tried Natural Balance Specialized Nutrition Sensitive Skin and Stomach for my yellow lab. For a lab, she has an unusually sensitive stomach and skin. I used in small portions more as a supplement to her meal than her actual meal as not to upset her stomach with a quick change. This food is highly palatable for her and she loves it. I love that it has Salmon for the Omega 3's and also pumpkin to keep her tummy calm. I would not hesitate to recommend Natural Balance Sensitive Skin & Stomach for the appropriate dog. Our lab has to be on a maintenance/healthy weight food because she loves to eat...LOL!
