Tried but Hershey doesn’t like it
After my Hershey was sick, she was no longer interested in her raw chicken or turkey anymore. I’m not sure if she developed an allergy or if she just associates that food to having tummy troubles. Looking for a food that didn’t contain any chicken was a monumental task but I was happy when I found the Nature’s Logic rabbit formula. Hershey seemed really interested in it initially but it didn’t last very long and she won’t eat it anymore. None of the cans that I opened had a quarter sized hole in the food, the cans were completely full. Some reviews mentioned that being an issue. The food is very dry like folks said so I did have to mix some water in with it. Great product but my baby doesn’t like it anymore and I’ve got more than 3/4 of a case of it uneaten so back on the search I go to see if I can find something Hershey will enjoy.
Can't recommend this product
My 12lb, 10 month old kitty boy loves food, but after eating about 1/3 can of this, threw it up. He's never done that before. I also feed some outdoor cats & I tried it with them, since they'll eat about anything. They picked at it but didn't eat much so I ended up throwing the rest of the can away. Had bought it at a local independent pet store so I could use a coupon for single cans & store refuses to accept return of the unopened cans. No response from the company when I emailed them about it. Sure glad I didn't get a case of it from Chewy!!!
Fat cat alert!
I started feeding my cat with naturals logic cans when he was skinny and having loose stool. The loose stool was gone with these, but my cat became fat……
Excellent but expensive
My 14 pounder Leon Lewis has been on this quite some time now after switching over from Nature's Instinct wet rabbit food. To say he is obsessed with this food is an understatement. (Insert eye roll) He has a surprisingly accurate internal clock every evening to make sure I'm not a second late in his dinner regimen. To save on cost he gets half a can of this in the evenings (he honestly can't eat a whole can in one sitting) and in the mornings Nulo Hairball Dry Food with organic bone broth added in. I do appreciate the cans are filled to the height but agree with other reviews that lately the holes in the middle of the cans seem to be more and more which is a disappointment as this food has risen from $63 a case to $71. I hope they will fix this soon. Other notes, between this and the bone broth his coat is VERY soft and his stools are darker and more healthy than before. I was trying to mimic mice or something they would truly catch out in the wild vs fish or chicken formulas. So far very good with the rabbit.
Cats won’t touch it
I own five cats. One cat has irritable bowel syndrome so I bought this food for all of them to try and n9ne of them will touch it. I am trying something else with hopes I will eventually find a food that is tasty to all of them.
My cats love this food. My cats were vomiting from the previous cat food we were feeding them and we have several cats. I switched to this cat food and they loved it on first trying it. I have never started a new food were my cats loved it instantly.
Was looking for a healthy food for my cats after one was allergic to Nom Nom. My other cat was very picky about flavors and types of food we gave her. Both seem to like this food and I was happy with the ingredient list. Plus there is no chicken in it which is what I think my cat was allergic too. He developed a weird scabby rash around his nose when eating Nom Nom.
Very Dry with Hole in the Middle
I bought this because my usual brand of rabbit wet food was out of stock. I was expecting it to be a soft pate, but it was almost solid and dry. There was a hole in the center of the food in the can (where they added some juice?). Anyway, I had to add a significant amount of water to the food for my cats to eat it.
Longing for the Feast
Though I have neither eaten rabbit flesh nor have I personally sampled Nature's Logic Feline Rabbit Feast, I can speak to its credit in that our cat, Ottoman, enjoys this food greatly and would review it positively had he been born with human hands and gifted with a more than rudimentary understanding of human speech (more on this below). Our evidence to the above: 1) He yowls wantonly at us and performs bodily violence against us while we prepare for him the Rabbit Feast (as if to urge our preparation beyond what is the basic urgency of duty). 2) Daily--often long before or shortly after his feeding times--he will stand in the kitchen and howl to us as if to say: "Human father, human mother, hear me: feed me the more! Allow me to The Feast!" 3) Otto was once discovered hording crumpled scraps of paper and a pencil's graphite core. Intermixed with these was what appeared to be a primitive attempt at perhaps hieroglyphic or pictorial communication. Despite our inability to clearly decipher the precise intent, the message was shockingly apparent: "OTTO WANT FEAST." We currently live our lives in constant anxiety; his hunger is unparalleled and there is only so much Rabbit Feast. We do not know what he is capable of, but there is certainty in this: Otto pines to feast, he pines for Nature's Logic Feline Rabbit Feast Grain-Free Canned Cat Food.
Good, little dry
My cats that need special protein due to allergies liked this food, it’s a bit dry out of the can so I add little warm water.
