This supplement supports sound digestion, along with joint, skin and coat health. It also contains vitamins and minerals for immune support and overall wellness. Digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics support good GI health, while glucosamine and chondroitin nurture healthy joints. A healthy dose of omega-3, -6 and -9 fatty acids round out the formula for great skin and respiratory health.

Stop Stool Eating and Scooting

Handle fecal problems with two great supplements. Coprophagia Stool Eating Deterrent contains digestive enzymes, prebiotics and probiotics for GI health, breath-freshening parsley, plus glutamic acid to make stools taste too foul to eat. No Scoot uses a blend of flaxseed, pumpkin, psyllium husk and dandelion root to help support normal bowel function and anal gland health for fewer drags and scoots.

Urinary Support

Harness the power of cranberry to support urinary tract health and optimal bladder function in your pet. Cranberry Relief is packed with antioxidant- and vitamin-rich cranberry extract to promote urinary and bladder health, plus echinacea to support strong immune function and good overall health. Use it to help prevent problems or address ongoing urinary tract issues.

Daily Senior Support

Help your pup age gracefully with vet-formulated VitaPet Senior Daily Vitamins. Can this product be given alongside the NaturVet no scoot supplement powder?

Answer by Cockers5Nov 13, 2023
Yes it can. I had to end up contacting NaturVet myself and ask. I use the same product for my two.

Our Yorkies are 5 lbs and under (all the way down to 2 lbs.). They are not puppies. Would I still give them the same dose for dogs that are up to 40 lbs.? I'm worried that what would be the right amount say for a 35 lb. dog, would not for a 2, 3, or 5 lb. dog.

Answer by ChewyFeb 08, 2018
One chew a day is perfect for all dogs under 40 Pounds.

What is the average time for these to start to work?

Answer by BridgetAApr 23, 2025
These will take between 2-4 weeks to take effect.

I have 3 giant breed dogs. Each are over 100lbs. directions call for 4 chews per day. Do I give them the 4 chews all at once or two in the am. and two in the pm. or doesn't it matter.

Answer by ChewyApr 26, 2018
Feel free to give your dogs the supplement all at once or through out the day.

Do They Work?

Not sure. I think they help; because I notice her droppings are broken as though she tried to eat, but didn’t. I would be able to say for sure, if the weren’t scattered

Better than other products we've tried

Coprophagia is a disgusting habit and we have multiple dogs with it. We have tried 5 or 6 different products to deter them, including ones recommended by our vet. This Naturvet product has not stopped one of our dogs, but the other 2 seem to have given up. They like the soft chew better than the big tablet that Naturvet used to make and will take it as a treat. It's a little expensive given that we have multiple dogs, but not more so than the other products that didn't work as well.

Didn't Work

These didn't work for our boxer who was constantly eating his poop. We had the dog finish the whole bottle before we made our judgment call, and I have to say it

These didn't work for our boxer who was constantly eating his poop. We had the dog finish the whole bottle before we made our judgment call, and I have to say it made no difference. Overall, I think the poop eating is more behavioral so addressing it from that front has helped.

A soft chew for older dogs

It was soft enough for her to chew, but I haven’t noticed anything exceptional about it for her anyway

Helps curb my Beagle’s stool eating habit

My Beagle had an awful habit of eating his own poop when I rescued him. These help sooooo much!

They think they are treats

I think it may be working. But it’s hard to say what with the bad weather. I don’t go out with them.

Gus came into our lives at 5 months. He had loose stool and would seek it out/eat it (UGH). I got this about 2 weeks ago; he stopped eating his poo this week! I’m also giving him probiotics and his stool is more firm, so maybe it was a combination of the 2 that worked.
