What percentage of mercury is present? All fish have mercury in them today...even in human grade. I would be nice if they disclosed the percentage.

All oils used in Nordic Naturals products show no detectable heavy metals when tested down to the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega–3 (GOED) and Council for Responsible Nutrition (CRN) standard of 0.1ppm. For example, results for mercury show results of 0.01ppm which is ten times below these standards!

Does this contain any Vitamin E as I read it was very important to be given with fish oils?

Great!

This is the best omega-3 supplement we've tried. My elder Akita is having issues with dry skin and dull coat, and I've noticed in a difference in within two weeks

This is the best omega-3 supplement we've tried. My elder Akita is having issues with dry skin and dull coat, and I've noticed in a difference in within two weeks of giving her this supplement. Her coat is softer and shinier, and she doesn't seem to be as itchy. She likes the flavor and is genuinely excited when she sees us take the bottle out of the fridge. She also hasn't had any stomach upset or discomfort, which we have experienced with other supplements we've tried. Super glad to have found this!

Great quality for omega 3

This is a reputable brand and I wanted to make sure my dog gets a good source of Omega 3 for her joint issues. Liquid is the only way to go to reach proper amounts

This is a reputable brand and I wanted to make sure my dog gets a good source of Omega 3 for her joint issues. Liquid is the only way to go to reach proper amounts of omega 3. Dry chews do not contain enough at all and are mixed with plenty of other unnecessary ingredients, or not so kidney friendly ingredients. This is a clean formula, easy to pour in her food and make sure she reaches levels of omegas she really needs, especially since she's a larger dog / pitbull. I'll be keeping it in her daily food and hope to see long term improvement! It helps with inflammation in general too, so it should help with her allergies in the summer too.

Does wonders for my dog’s coat.

Our poor girl had some unexplained hair loss for a long time. Blood tests showed nothing. The special vet shampoo did nothing. The fish oil chew from our vet did

Our poor girl had some unexplained hair loss for a long time. Blood tests showed nothing. The special vet shampoo did nothing. The fish oil chew from our vet did nothing. I can’t remember how long it took, maybe 2-4 weeks, but her hair started growing back not too long after starting Nordic Naturals fish oil. Now her coat is shiny and beautiful again. The bottle is annoying. Pouring from it always dribbles some down the side of the bottle. So we poured some into a glass bottle with a dropper (can be found easily at most natural food stores like Sprouts or Natural Grocers) and dispense it with the dropper. So easy and no mess.

The oil is light yellow and clear.

My dog seems to enjoy it which is good, as it will help with his skin allergies. It does get messy as you need to shake the bottle before giving you dog his tablespoons

Seems like a quality product. My 11 yr old lab is just starting to slow down and deciding to add fish oil is more for preventative reasons than anything else. You get into the rhythm of adding it to food every day & he’s had no stomach reaction at all. After 5 mos on it, my guy still retrieves with a ton of desire. Is it a cure all? Don’t know. But seems like a smart move to add it to his life.

Lab with Osteoarthritis

My lab has been on this for about two weeks and he is sooooo much softer and a lot less licking. It is still too early to see any results with his osteoarthritis
