These Nulo Skin & Coat Salmon Jerky Bites are a real winner in my home! Both of my dogs love them so much they begin leaping in the air and spinning around as soon as they see the bag! I try so hard to get them to sit and wait for the treat, but they can barely contain themselves! As soon as I open the bag, they are literally licking their chops! These salmon jerky treats are a good size - I break them in half for my pugs. They are soft, so dividing them is easy. They smell like fresh salmon. These treats are extremely healthy. They are 88% salmon, with honey, tuna oil, flaxseed, omega fatty acids, chelated minerals, probiotics, and other natural ingredients added. And since they are only 13 kcal per treat, they won’t interfere with my dogs’ diets! I’m very happy I tried these, and have already ordered more.

I like the size and texture of this nulo dog treat. My dog always has liked salmon & salmon flavored products and she was eager to get one of these treats each day. The size was perfect for her and the texture for her chewing them was great. The pouch seals up tightly. The scent of salmon is strong but not too strong. The pouch stores easily either by standing it up or by laying it down.The pouch is made is sturdy plastic, therefore it's not apt to be accidentally broken open during handling. I think the graphics & colors on the pouch are eye-catching. I like the ingredients list and I have already purchased a few more pouches. This is great dog treat full of ingredients to aid in my dog having a healthy coat & skin.

We received these treats to try through Chewy's Pawsibilities program. My dog really enjoyed them. They are small so work well as a little snack, and easy enough to break into smaller pieces for training. I like that these treats are healthy and have different added benefits. I picked the salmon one since Windy loves fish, and the skin and coat care is important to us especially during the colder months. The ingredients are clean, but just be aware that even though this is a salmon treat it does contain porcine plasma in case your dog has a pork allergy. All in all these were a winner for us

Well Loved Treats

I have 3 dogs who all love this treat which is surprising given 2 of them can be picky at times. Also I like to be picky about what ingredients my babies are eating even for treats. The ingredients in these are great and honestly I would get them again. My dogs are normally super patient about waiting for treats but today they were being maniacs! They were trying to get to the bag, barking, and jumping on me. I’ve never seen them go so crazy over treats. Even the pickiest of dogs will eat this. If I could give this product 100 stars I would.

Super smelly and super yummy

My boy Louie is a fish loving dog. He is especially fond of salmon, so we wanted to give these a try. They really smell like salmon, which does not bother me, but if one happens to hate the smell of fish, they may be a tad offensive. As for Louie, the stinkier the better. He loves them. He is a 14 year old lab mix who gets his arthritis medicine at night, and I use these treats as a chaser (treat - pill - treat). The size is perfect, about an inch. They are not crumbly or sticky, so they would be great as training treats. You could also break them in half. The only ingredient that gave me pause was “spray dried porcine plasma”. I’m not saying that is bad, I just am not sure what that is. A phone number is listed so I intend to find out! As far as being for “skin and coat,” I wouldn’t expect to see any difference as it is fed in such a small amount as a treat. However, I like knowing that the treats I give are not just smelly and yummy, but healthy, too! Louie says to get him more!

I’ve been trying out Nulo Skin & Coat Treats for my dog, and overall, they’ve been a hit! These treats are a great addition to Maple’s routine, and I’ve already noticed a difference in her coat. It looks shinier and feels softer. The treats are packed with high-quality ingredients like salmon which benefits her skin and coat. While she absolutely enjoys them, I have to note that they do have a bit of a strong smell, which I’m not the biggest fan of. However, the dogs don’t seem to mind at all, and they gobble them up every time. I would definitely recommend these treats to anyone looking to improve their dog's coat health, just be mindful of the scent. Still, a fantastic product overall!

I have three dogs—two over 70 lbs and one around 25 lbs—and these treats are a great size for all of them. They seem to enjoy the taste, and I like that they’re made with salmon. I haven’t noticed a difference in their skin and coat yet, but it’s nice to have a functional treat option. My only hesitation is with some of the ingredients, particularly the “porcine spray,” which I’m not familiar with. Overall, still a solid treat that my dogs happily eat!
