Four years ago, we took in an eight year old semi ferrel cat from a hoarding situation. She was paper thin (3 1/2 lbs.) and needed her teeth removed due to periodontal disease. For those who have not had to deal with such issues, they do require your pet to be on a soft diet. That led to a deep dive into the world of wet cat food. The boring research story made short: #1 was Kiwi and #2 was Wellness. A little farther down the list was NULO. What made it so attractive initially was named ingredients such as "chicken meat, lamb meat, salmon," etc. instead the usual listing of "parts" which usually would be in the garbage were they not used in pet food. The clincher for us was we could afford to feed it to her. Plus the flavors selection is excellent if you have fussy eaters. Buyer Beware: what you do for one pet you must do for all! Yes, all the other cats and the dog went on hunger strikes until we switched them over to wet food. Had we known the results we would get, we would have switched everyone over long before we did. Coats became glossier which was surprising considering that they already looked good. And the hoarding rescue that started all this, went from paper thin with dry, brittle, shedding hair, to the 6 pound kitty with bunny fur sleeping next to me as I write this. All the animals benefited from the diet changes. Our two oldest regained a little weight and body mass while our old queen surprisingly lost a little belly fat. While time and age have taken some of our pets, I have and do recommend NULO to pet owner friends because of the benefits it has brought to our pets while still being affordable to the average household.

I think this is an awesome company and I did a lot of research and they seems to have some of the best ingredients with a good price point. My cats love this foot, I add extra water to it and make it into a soup and heat it for 10 seconds and they go crazy for it.

My kittens love the flavor...I ensure they get enough water by preparing like a "soup"...once they lap it all up I add dry mix on top.
