Pros: no scent or taste so it’s easier to hide in their food, no one has had digestive distress yet. Cons: not seeing a ton of results yet. One has dandruff and there is a teeny bit less which is good. The other ones have very slightly shinier coats. The one with allergies isn’t showing any change to her fur, skin or itch. Not sure the outcome is worth the Cooperfield level of tricks I have to pull to get them to take it.
Allergy season was driving my cats crazy. Found this supplement along with some additional items on Chewy so I ordered them. Although it's too early to tell within the first 2 days I did see improvement. Will have to wait and see. But it tastes good (as far as I can tell) my girls love the taste and lick it right off my fingers before even mixing it into their food.
Vet told me to use it and so I do. Only problem is to count the drops that go into the tiny spoon. I did it and now I just put the number of drops directly into his food and I no longer use the silly little spoon.
All 5 of my cats absolutely love licking this off a plate. When other similar items they wouldn’t even touch, even mixed and hidden in food. My sickly cat immediately went to town on grooming herself after having a recommended dosage.
My vet recommended it for my older dog's flaky skin about 15 years, and I've used it every day since. My dogs have great, shiny coats. I bought the cat version a few months ago because my 12 year old cat had begun to have a dull coat. She shines now.
Recommended by Specialty Vet when senior cat had multiple issues. He’s been doing great with this product. He likes it on his food.
Idk if Bugs likes it or not yet but when I opened the package, there was oil inside the manufacturer box, all over the bottle itself and it was half full. Not super happy about that.
My kittens coat was not shiny and they were itching a lot but no fleas. Since using this product there has been a vast improvement!
We just started as per our Dr.s recommendation because Naruto had a skin thing. We cant say for certain what was working because we were also given a medication. But Naru doesnt mind it by itself or with his food so whatever benefits it does do - itll work! Its a little difficult to get in the scooper because its so oily and you need to wipe it everytime (also a lot gets stuck in the scooper so I use it to scoop some of his cat food to coat it) and i end up adding a tiny bit extra so that he gets the right amount.
My finicky cat, who can desperately use the benefits of this product, seems to enjoy it topped over his dry food. Overall, he seems more enthusiastic and his coat it looking a bit more orderly. I am optimistic that this product is helping him and will continue to give it to him.
