We just started as per our Dr.s recommendation because Naruto had a skin thing. We cant say for certain what was working because we were also given a medication. But Naru doesnt mind it by itself or with his food so whatever benefits it does do - itll work! Its a little difficult to get in the scooper because its so oily and you need to wipe it everytime (also a lot gets stuck in the scooper so I use it to scoop some of his cat food to coat it) and i end up adding a tiny bit extra so that he gets the right amount.
My finicky cat, who can desperately use the benefits of this product, seems to enjoy it topped over his dry food. Overall, he seems more enthusiastic and his coat it looking a bit more orderly. I am optimistic that this product is helping him and will continue to give it to him.
This stuff has been great my my senior kitty. She contracted diabetes 3-4 years ago and it helps with a lot of things. Her arthritis from her previous owner declaring her, diabetes, kidney function, eyes, pancreatic stuff. For anyone struggling to get thier cat to take this I recommend a little syringe and just drawing it up and holding kitty in you lap, wrapped purring for the spicy ones and just try to get it in the corner pocket of thier mouth. I always offer Churu as a reward and also to get the stank face off your kitty's face. It does truly has some benefits but as with anything it takes a few months to see those results. My girl gets .5ml in this little syringe once a day. I know ther recommended 1.25 as the dose but she seems to do fine on that dose.
My cat has a heart murmur. This product really seem to perk him up. He’s not cured but has definitely helped him feel better.
Cats eat food with this on it. That's a plus. But how do I know how it's working? One cat blood work had slightly elevated cholesterol but I'm not paying for another blood panel just to see if this stuff works. My vet recommended the brand so I am trying it. Time will tell.
My cats are pretty good about eating food provided to them I usually only have to place pills in their dry food and they gobble them up. However they decided to be brats (affectionate)with this product. They will not eat it if I put it on their food.
Seems to help with their coat and, also, helps with their appetite, as they are senior cats, with medical issues
My vet recommended this for my cat who is frantically licking her belly. It's supposed to help relieve inflammation. Instead it gave her the trots.
For all those who like product but have trouble with bottle dispensing. I keep mine in fridge and it is thicker to pour. Easy fix.
