We’ve been feeding our new puppy Nutrena True Puppy Dry Dog Food for about a month now, and the results have been amazing! He loves the taste—he runs to his bowl at mealtime and never leaves a crumb behind. What really impressed us is the high-quality ingredients and the balanced nutrition designed specifically for puppies. His coat is shinier, his energy levels are up, and his digestion has been great. We also appreciate that it’s formulated with DHA for brain development and has no fillers or artificial additives. It’s been a great start to his health journey, and we’ll definitely continue using it!

This puppy food is pretty crappy in my opinion and not worth your money. When looking at the ingredients the first items are chicken by product meal, whole ground corn, soybean meal, chicken fat, and corn protein meal. I prefer a dog food with more whole food ingredients at the top of the list and this just wasn’t it. It’s affordable however you can get better quality for the price in other brands. I cannot honest recommend this dog food at all. The kernels are small, that’s a good thing I guess.

My large breed puppy really liked this food and transitioned without any GI upset. There are not large breed supplements that support his growth properly. The bites

The bites are very small which may be good for smaller dogs. This food was a hit with the pup and the price point is reasonable but I feel it would be better suited for a smaller/mid size dog.

We have a young maremma that's growing into a finiky eater. It's been a challenge to get her to eat, as she's been uninterested in the last few bags of food we've gotten for her. I'm very pleased to report that she absolutely LOVES this food! She ate it right up without any toppers AND asked for seconds! The kibble shape is perfect for all sizes of puppies, even our 4lb chihuahua has no problem eating this food.
