They Love Them!

I don't eat them, but I am highly trained to scrutinize their diets. These passed the test! Each one is like scoops of ice cream to their diet. So as they age, we try not to over do it! Their health and happiness is like blood in my veins. Each day on each with woman's best friend is another beat in my own heart. Without them, there is less of me. Each opportunity I get to advance the life in their years, I grab with both hands and let them be the guide. They are Each breathe we take, worth all the backache for their preferred snuggling at night. Our dogs give us purpose, love us with reckless abandon, and they deserve the same in return. There is no price tag on their love, and none too high on their care. Especially as a woman who does not wish to bear any additional human babies. One was enough, and she, too, is perfect.

Trouble with Packaging

My dogs and others love this product BUT our autoship that arrived today had problems. The 30lb bag of dog food was found smooshed and on top of the small bag of these minitreats and there was a hole in the delivery box. Usually the big bag of dog food is shipped in a flat box. So the poor mini dog treats pkg was busted open, some treats like powder, some treats missing, only half a baggish was salvageable. Not sure if box was improperly packed in the warehouse or tumbled along the way.

Why would small items be packed under the 22 lb bag of dog food? One bag of treats was broken and all over the box while other bags were smashed.

I contacted Chewy asking to reduce my regular Royal Canin dogfood order to a smaller amount because my little dog is not doing well due to CHF (diagnosed 2 years

I contacted Chewy asking to reduce my regular Royal Canin dogfood order to a smaller amount because my little dog is not doing well due to CHF (diagnosed 2 years ago). The CSR was very kind and understanding. She reduced the quantity. Several days later I received a small package from Chewy (picture attached). Totally unexpected - it made me cry. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
