Cleaning and Maintenance: 1.Safety First: Always turn off and unplug the device before cleaning to ensure safe operation. 2.Cleaning the Main Unit: Wipe the base with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use a soaking wet cloth or submerge the base in water, as this may cause damage to internal electronic components and lead to a short circuit. 3.Removable Parts for Cleaning: The food container and tray can be easily detached for hand cleaning. 4.Dishwasher-Safe Tray: The stainless steel tray is dishwasher safe for your convenience. 5.Ensure Complete Dryness: Before reassembling or refilling, make sure all parts are thoroughly cleaned and completely dry.

The ONIZOOMI Smart Automatic WiFi Cat & Dog Feeder is incredibly convenient! The rechargeable battery lasts 12-20 days per charge, so no more frequent battery changes. I can remotely set feeding times and portions via the app, which is perfect for busy or travel-heavy pet owners. The sealed food hopper and non-slip base keep the food fresh and prevent tipping. It's also quiet, so it won’t disturb sensitive pets. With safe materials and easy cleaning, it’s a highly practical and reliable feeder. Highly recommend!
