Smart App Control: This product connects exclusively to a 2.4GHz WiFi network (which offers better wall penetration). Use the dedicated iOS or Android app to remotely schedule feedings for your pet anytime, anywhere.

Cleaning and Maintenance: 1.Safety First: Always turn off and unplug the device before cleaning to ensure safe operation. 2.Cleaning the Main Unit: Wipe the base with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use a soaking wet cloth or submerge the base in water, as this may cause damage to internal electronic components and lead to a short circuit. 3.Removable Parts for Cleaning: The food container and tray can be easily detached for hand cleaning. 4.Dishwasher-Safe Tray: The stainless steel tray is dishwasher safe for your convenience. 5.Ensure Complete Dryness: Before reassembling or refilling, make sure all parts are thoroughly cleaned and completely dry.

The feeder’s basic timed feeding functions can work independently once set up. However, Wi-Fi is required to enable remote control, notifications, and meal history tracking.

Will the feeder still dispense food during a power outage?

What kind of kibble works best? Will it clog?

This feeder works best with dry kibble sized 5–12mm. Its smooth dispensing path and anti-jam motor reduce clogging risk, though sticky or irregular food is not recommended.

Super simple to set up witbin minutes. Love how you can link to your phone and set mutiple feedings sizes and times . I was skeptical because 1 of my 3 kittys is very skittish but this is very quiet . Only has 2 small downsides 1 single feeding is to small for any cat its only about 3 tablespoon fulls but luvkily you can choose how many servings you want. Other downside is the bowl is flat it should have a slant so the food falls forward . If my kitties dont feel like eating that much before next feeding it will overfill. But overall its a nice feeder comes with charger and battery back up .
