Loved it until it died

I bought this grinder earlier this year and immediately loved it. It was powerful enough to do both of my 70lb dogs nails in one sitting. But now it just stopped

I bought this grinder earlier this year and immediately loved it. It was powerful enough to do both of my 70lb dogs nails in one sitting. But now it just stopped working. It’s fully charged but when I turn it on, it just pulsates and the lights just flash. I can’t find a manual online and it doesn’t look like the manufacturer even makes the N60 anymore. Pretty disappointed. Going to ask Chewy for a refund or replacement.
