Dog loves this puzzle plate I got her recently, but this is apparently intended only for solid treats, not things that will actually help occupy her, like peanut butter or yogurt. There’s no easy way to clean the many nooks and crannies in it without apparently removing the 11 screws that hold the top and bottom together, and I don’t see anything that says it’s dishwasher safe, either.

Apparently my new dog is pretty darn smart! Who knew? She was able to figure out most of it within minutes. I saw there were different levels of difficulty so didn't want to start with something too difficult. The lower rating is because some of the sliders get stuck in track (or whatever you'd call it) and she can't open them even when knows how. I don't think that's intentional. I have to fix, then give back to her. It does slow down kibble munching a little bit. I'm sure it's great for less intelligent pups.

My pup loves this puzzle! He was a little frustrated at first but once he got the hang of it, he took his time to slide the pieces to get his treats. He likes peas, carrots, a couple of blueberries, a liver treat or two or even his puppy food in the puzzle. It keeps him busy long enough to unload the dishwasher or to do a few other necessary chores. I would recommend this item.

This is a pretty neat interactive treat dispensing puzzle toy for dogs. We have an Anatolian Shepherd/Hound mix who is around 80 pounds. He was able to navigate most of this, albeit with some difficulty. No, he didn't open all of them. To be honest, he's a really smart dog. He was able to open around 3 with his nose, and then he pouted and waited for me to open the rest. Which I did. Like I said, he's smart. The toy is made of durable plastic and everything slides easily. I was able to fit pieces of his kibble in each area with no issues. It was easy to clean and dry. With more usage, I do believe he will be able to open most of them by himself. Being a larger dog, he might continue to have some difficulty with it however. Regardless, he seemed to enjoy it and really enjoyed knowing that there was a treat inside for all his efforts. Or, well, my effort the first time around.

The PawsPik Enrichment Puzzle was the perfect range of difficulty and fun for my 2 year old Corgi. She is really good at puzzles and the PawsPik definitely made her think! There are 3 different types of sliders to navigate through plus the added difficulty with the spinning center to be able to open the corner sliders. There is also a center button that squeaks when pressed! The box says all sizes and breeds; however, this puzzle is a perfect for small to medium size dogs. The rubber anti slip grips on the bottom held the puzzle secure while my dog worked through it, a bonus so it's not sliding all across my floor! It's also dishwasher safe so if any slobber or build up accumulates it can be thoroughly cleaned easily. With 16 treat/kibble spots and 11 moveable sliders, this game was a win to keep our smart girl busy!

We have a rescue dog that was in the shelter for her first 6 years. She's very shy and withdrawn. We were very happy that she was interested in this toy. She hadn't accepted any dog treats, so I put cat treats in it. She was pretty successful getting most of them out. I had to help her with the last few places. It was good to see her interested in something. I'm going to try it with the cats now!

I have two Australian shepherds. One of them is just not interested in puzzles so he didn’t even play with it. The other one four year-old mini Australian Shepherd loved the puzzle. She had so much fun searching for her treats. It took her about 20 minutes before she was able to retrieve all of the kibble that I put inside the little pockets. I love this puzzle because it kept her busy and after she was finished, she just laid down and went to sleep. I guess doing a brain activity made her tired!

Koa is 8 months old! He got all but 3 treats the first time. And all the treats after that. It is his favorite activity now. He begs for it every day
