Nothing! I didn’t receive it

I never received it. Sent by FedEx. Don’t use Fedex. They updated tracking for 8 days and every update was incorrect. I called them at least once per day because

I never received it. Sent by FedEx. Don’t use Fedex. They updated tracking for 8 days and every update was incorrect. I called them at least once per day because it was never where they said it was. When they returned to Chewy in New Jersey today, they showed on tracking info it was st Walgreens Hub in Denton , Tx. I called the Hub and it wasn’t there. They also said the package was damaged. I’m so angry at the whole stressful week. Now I want a refund!!!

Like the design. Hammocks are great and cats love them. Color is nice. Scratching post are good. The bad things are cat tower is very wobbly even when anchored to

Like the design. Hammocks are great and cats love them. Color is nice. Scratching post are good. The bad things are cat tower is very wobbly even when anchored to wall. Post are slightly crooked from predrilled holes being slightly out of line. Top bed cushion has no way to stay on like Velcro so it slides off easy on cats. If it wasn’t for those issues would have given 5 stars.

My kitty is a big long hair cat. Not sure what his DNA is truthfully by he's HUGE and he loves this. He now can spread out and stretch. And he absolutely loves all the baskets. Bonus that he has a higher spot away from my pup who just wants to love on him all day. My Lenny enjoys spending most of the days napping the hammocks and then sitting on top judging everyone that walks buy him. Truthfully was worth every penny and my cat couldn't be happier.

Very sturdy and well made

We have two very large cats and 1 average size. This is made for the larger cats and all the poles are in rope instead of the carpet -like fur that gets tore up

All my cats have a hammock type bed that fits them with this tree and they love love it! This is the best tree we have purchased!
