May I return the item for a refund?

How do I size my booty order? I have a Yorkie and want to ensure I get the correct size
Answer by ChewyFeb 17, 2018
For the best fit, measure from the bottom of the big heel pad to the tip of the longest nail. If the paw is between two sizes, select the larger size.

will these protect against hot asphalt? i live in Las Vegas and we have some of the driest and hottest summers..?
Answer by ChewyApr 14, 2021
Pawz have tested their boots when the hot pavement registered at 132 degrees. A dog wearing Pawz dog boots standing on the same surface registered at 107 degrees, which is very close to a dog’s natural body temperature. If you wish to do a test to see what the dog is experiencing when wearing Pawz, you can place a finger inside the boot and touch the ground with the boot on one hand and no boot on the other to determine the heat levels with and without the boots.

Are these washable? My yard is s mud pit and I can’t keep the mud out of my house. Suggestions?

These products are made of rubber. To wash, rinse thoroughly with water until clean and air to dry.

It's just ok

It's not that practical as I hoped. The good thing about it is it's completely water-proof. But putting it on and taking off are the hardest daily jobs. I won't probably buy this again unless it's offered at a half the current price, at least.

Not what I expected

I got a small size for my mini Australian Shepherd but sadly the elastic is too tight for him and his nails brake through it. So i decided to get a large size thinking that the elastic wouldn't be as tight, but it was just the same elastic size and the balloon is much bigger, I'm kind of disappointed but i guess i can try a medium.

Disappointing

I had high hopes for these. My bernedoodle gathers dirt, mud and who-knows-what on her paws every time she goes outside, so these boots seemed like a good choice. But her paws are so flexible, there is no tension that helps me put these boots on easily, and the struggle to get them on is just not worth it.

Don't Do It

I had a box of medium Pawz, and the rubber bands holding it on the paw were like torniquets. So I bought a box of large Pawz, and the rubber bands on those were just as tight! So now I have two boxes of Pawz, and I can't use either one. Unless your dog has super skinny legs, you can't use these.

Highly recommend

I have a handicapped terrier mix who struggles to walk on the hardwood floor. I have tried many heavier outdoor booties, Velcro sock booties, ect. She did not like any of the above and would chew them off. This is the first item she will leave on and they work great. She no longer cries when attempting to cross the hardwood floor!!

Want a refund

I got both medium and large size. I couldn't get these ballon style covers on my dog because the elastic opening was too tight

Don't buy these

These are not booties for dogs they are balloons. Second of all the large that shows a picture of a Rottweiler would not fit on to a 20lb dog! Good luck fighting your dog's feet into these without getting bit! Absolute waste of money I could have went to the dollar store and bought balloons 🤦‍♀️

GREAT Product

We live in Wisconsin and prior to getting these booties Bob's feet would get snow packed in his laws that would turn into ice balls. With these on we had non of that issue and he goes bounding through the snow like a young pup (he is 9 yrs old). Did not buy the pack that I have at Chewy's. But I will from now on. People complaining about being to tight on the dogs foot have purchased the wrong size for their dog. These STAY ON.

Great solution for my senior pup!

I ordered the right size for my senior pup and these help her walk and stand without slipping and falling. So happy to have found these booties. Just make sure you get the right size.

Stays on feet

These are great. Not always the easiest to get on but my dog cannot kick them off. I put over smaller elastic booties when it is cold. Other shoes will not stay on
