I bought itchy a new bowl so he could have one in another room rather then just the one and now that I have had it a few months it has developed a sharp ridge in the bottom of the bowl that you cannot remove so i no longer use the bowl and will be calling you to get a refund.

These have been a great add to my cat bowl rotation. They’re well fired ceramic, easy to clean, & a good depth for my fur babies- no whisker fatigue here.

just what I was looking for but....

Great bowl. However, since this package is more than likely going to be sent to a home with pets in it, I wonder what the manufacturer is thinking when they decided

Great bowl. However, since this package is more than likely going to be sent to a home with pets in it, I wonder what the manufacturer is thinking when they decided to package it in styrofoam. No matter how carefully you try to get the item out of the package the styrofoam pills and breaks off into pieces that stick to EVERYTHING. The static cling makes it impossible to clean every little speck up and I 'm afraid my animals will eat it and get sick. Besides, it's bad for the environment. Rethink this, please.
