My flock absolutely loves the Pecking Order Grub Toppings! They go crazy for it, and it’s a great treat to mix into their feed or scatter for enrichment. Unfortunately, the packaging is a big downside. Every time I’ve ordered, the bucket has arrived partially open, with seed and crumbs everywhere in the box. It’s messy and feels like I’m losing product before I even open it. If they improve the bucket or shipping protection, it would be an easy 5 stars.

good treat but the plastic often breaks during shipping. we have to pour the treats out of the box into a container. why they ship them with a heavy bag of food

I feed these to my ducks. Both times I ordered the product (with a bulk order of other canned and bagged pet foods) it came damaged and not useable because there were sharp shards of plastic in the feed. When shipped alone it comes in-tact. But still, not enough grubs and too many seeds.

Ive had this product shipped to me i the past. No issues. But for the e last month chewy has sent me 5 replacement packages for this product and they ALL (and i do mean all) have arrived managed and open. A few never arrived as FedEx has labeled them damaged before they delivered. I’ve called chewy, spoken to a manager, escalated and they still Haven’t figure out a way to ship This in which it won’t be completely broken open and on the box when you get it. So, there’s nothing wrong with the actual product but good luck getting it intact from chewy.
