This comb is awesome! Having an older long-haired Angora cat requires daily brushing. As he's aged the matts' have been harder to comb/brush through. He doesn't have the patience and I dont want him in any pain either. Terrified of trimmer, so prior to this comb I was resorting to cutting some of the mats. His fur is so long you really couldn't see the missing fur. But I knew he was uncomfortable with the twisted fur. This brush he will sit for daily brushing with zero complaints. I've tried various brushes before receiving this. Thank You so much. Cats & humans here love it.

Aspen is okay, mostly, with the larger comb but doesn’t care for smaller brush. The design allows for unit to be placed on table without brush exposed
