Jax is matted and the tool did not help reduce or remove his matts.

This tool did not work . We have a slicker brush and a furinater but needed something else.

Detangling a Havanese

I liked it, she,my dog, is getting used to being groomed. Didn’t love this but she has very long hair and lots of mats so it it a bit hard for her.

Nothing short of shaving is going to help.

The weight and size is fine.
