I agree with other reviews, no interest

I thought my cat would love this since she's always rubbing up against things to scratch her face. Sadly, she has zero interest and never uses it.

Quality

When you put the arch into the holes on the base there are butterfly bolts to tighten the arch securely in place. The bristles are firm enough for a good scratch/massage and the price is nice too.

All three love this

All three of my cats (and my pup) love this. It's not the sturdiest, and it doesn't look expensive - it's made for a cat, after all - but they can't get enough.

I can not tighten the plastic screws any tighter and it still pops off. The last one I bought kept popping out of the hole. My cat lives this product BUT it needs to have something you can screw it in.

My cat rubs his head on everything so he LOVES it

He pretty much ignores every toy except for tunnel tubes and this arch. He absolutely lives for rubbing his face and head all over it! As soon as I took it out of the package he was in love.

Great, once the replacement arrived

When it arrived, it was defective ( would not secure on one side). Upon contacting CHEWY customer service, they sent a replacement that is great. My cats love it especially when I add some catnip. Your Customer Service is fantastic!

product is meh

cats have had it up for 3 weeks, not one hair on it. They don't use it, avoid it - I think it's a great idea, but not sure how to get them to use it. Have moved it around the house, but it's not stopping them from rubbing corners.

NO Interest!

Our cat loves to rub up against most things but not the least bit interested in Trixie after numerous attempts to get him to notice it. Also the attachments don't screw in or otherwise secure the brush arch to the base and easily tips over. Too bad but our cat too picky!
