I am a novice groomer. I wanted to try to keep my Ausdsedoodle looking good between his very expensive grooming appointments. I started doing a little trim around his neck and ears, and VOILA! I ended doing his legs and paws. This little trimmer is wonderful. Besides, she trusts me, and this makes it easier@

Didn't work for me/my cat.

I think because the blade is plastic. At least that was what I believe prevented it from cutting through my cat's hair. I hate to give a negative review, especially

I think because the blade is plastic. At least that was what I believe prevented it from cutting through my cat's hair. I hate to give a negative review, especially when it seems others have had a positive experience. Ultimately, I bought a much smaller unit with a metal blade that cuts from the side not straight on. It has a very small cutting head which made me more comfortable to remove my cats pretty large, tight mats (very slowly, btw, just freeing part of each mat over several sessions before completely freeing any of them. Also, I first got my skittish cat used to the sound of the clipper by just turning on not far away from her but not approaching her for the first few sessions which I just petted her during.) anyway, the product seemed well built etc. I just couldn't get it to work for us .

Great price, rechargeable

These work great to trim mats and do sanitary clips for my hairy cats. Very quiet, clip well and easily rechargeable. Super happy and very reasonably priced.

Poor cut

These clippers don't even work as well as the clippers I've had for years. The indicator light stays on. There's no way to tell when the clippers are done charging

Minimal Instructions

The clippers are ok. When charging, charge indicator light never turned from red to green. The instruction booklet is tiny and very minimal. I had trouble using
