These filters are pricey but they seem to work better than the off brands that have less filter material in them. Filter price is the downside of this fountain

The one on top is the Catlit filters. The one on the bottom is pet standard. I have always bought the pet standard filters. But the last time I got them, the fabric

I called you and told you, you send me wrong water filters. You told me to donate them. You just send me wrong water filters again today and they are still the same

I called you and told you, you send me wrong water filters. You told me to donate them. You just send me wrong water filters again today and they are still the same ones you send me before. Now I have 2 boxes of the wrong water filters. These water filters aren't even like the ones I have for my cat's water dish. Please don't send me anymore filters. Can't donate them as I called Vets, and they don't use them. Don't know what to do with them!
