Never buy

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to buy it and it was opened. They tried sending me replacements twice instead of refunding me and it's still opened

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to buy it and it was opened. They tried sending me replacements twice instead of refunding me and it's still opened. There is a pin hole puncture that will compromise the sterility of the product. I will do use this on my dog's eyes since it's not sterile and exposed to God knows what. This is an eye infection or worse on the market. Unfortunate because I have used other stuff from this manufacturer that was great.

Use these for the Persian cats face and they’re great! They’re big enough that I only need one, plus they don’t smell or bother his eyes

These did not work.

I called to tell customer service that when I got this product it was leaking and I had a hard time getting the lid off so I could pull the wipes through the lid

I called to tell customer service that when I got this product it was leaking and I had a hard time getting the lid off so I could pull the wipes through the lid. Once I finally got the lid off I had a hard time pulling these wipes through the top of the lid and ended up with about 6 inches of the wipes, plus they were not moist. So I told Deb who is the manager at my local Animal Shelter Heart Of The Catskills in Delhi, NY about it and offered them to her. She said yes she will take them and they know how to work with these wipes. At least they went to where they can be used and hopefully they are not dry.

Non-irritating

We have a ginger cat and he always has weepy eyes and occasional dry crusties. These wipes are a nice size with just enough moisture. They don’t irritate or burn

We have a ginger cat and he always has weepy eyes and occasional dry crusties. These wipes are a nice size with just enough moisture. They don’t irritate or burn his eyes, have a light scent, not overpowering and do not irritate my sensitive skin. The dog also lines up for her turn.
