Are these liners with drawstrings?

These liners do not have a drawstring.

Will these liners work with the Petmate top entry litter pan?

These liners are compatible with all Petmate litter boxes. The Medium liners fits pans measuring 16 x 12 x 4.5 inches, the Large liners fits pans measuring 18.5 x 15.5 x 5.5 inches and the Jumbo liners fits pans measuring 22.5 x 17 x 7 inches.

These liners are .030 microns in thickness.

They worked fine for what I needed except the boys apparently are not fans of liners they keep cutting holes in them and making scooping a pain, sooooo we are just

No holes

These are affordable and even better we haven't had problems with our cats scratching big holes in them like we have some of the other cat pan liners. We buy them

These are affordable and even better we haven't had problems with our cats scratching big holes in them like we have some of the other cat pan liners. We buy them several boxes at a time when they're on sale to keep on hand they may not have drawstrings but we haven't found that we really need them.

Only liner that fits dome cat litter box.

Fits the cat litter box that most liners don't. Got a dome covered cat box top keep out other non cats and could not find a liner that fit well, even jumbo was too

Mountains of plastic inside box

There is so much plastic gathered in the bottom of the box that it creates "lakes" of litter around mountains of plastic. Folding the excess and pulling it over

There is so much plastic gathered in the bottom of the box that it creates "lakes" of litter around mountains of plastic. Folding the excess and pulling it over the sides does not help. The cats can't bury their stuff as the plastic gets in the way. Not good for lightweight litter or wood chip litter, it doesn't weigh the plastic down. Not good for deep boxes, even if the measurements are the same as the box requirements. Probably not good for any covered box. It was like trying to put a square peg in a round hole. What a mess. Don't go by the measurements for width and length. Check the depth measurement, if they give one.
