Cute but large

It is the same design as my deceased cats’ food dish which I passed down to Duncan. I broke it recently and bought this to replace it. I didn’t realize the dimensions,

It is the same design as my deceased cats’ food dish which I passed down to Duncan. I broke it recently and bought this to replace it. I didn’t realize the dimensions, so it’s too big for his wet food but I put dry food in it.

Pointless Purchase

I’m not sure if I missed the shape description in the title as there’s a different pictured item with it now, but that alone is a bit deceptive. I’m pretty sure

I’m not sure if I missed the shape description in the title as there’s a different pictured item with it now, but that alone is a bit deceptive. I’m pretty sure it’s common knowledge that raised feeding dishes are much better on your cat’s digestion & pelvis so I just assumed any dish that isn’t raised or doesn’t come with a stand would fit in a standard one. Not only was I sorely mistaken on this, but the dish also has some kind of stain on it I can’t get off even with a Mr. Clean eraser. Either way as it doesn’t fit in any of the stands I have as other non raised dishes I’ve gotten from Chewy it’s just a waste.

Sides Too Deep

The sides of this bowl were too high. She was having trouble bending over the rim to get to the water. After a while, she stopped drinking as much as she used to

The sides of this bowl were too high. She was having trouble bending over the rim to get to the water. After a while, she stopped drinking as much as she used to. Went back to two bowls. She dries out fast when I run the dehumidifier in the summer and the heater in the winter so she drinks a lot of water.

Ovals Are the Bomb

Would prefer these bowls be less deep but I do prefer the shape. Find that oval shaped food bowls allow wet food to spread out better -- especially true with foods
