I am buying refills for 2 Busy Buddy Jack Toys, and want to be sure I have the right size. Can you give me dimensions of the sizes? I know I have a small but am not sure if the other is a medium or a large. Thanks!

The Small approximately measures 4.1 x 4.8 x 3.4 inches and uses Size A treat ring refills, the Medium approximately measures 6.2 x 7 x 5.2 inches and uses Size B treat ring refills and the Large approximately measures 8.2 x 7.2 x 9.6 inches and uses Size C treat ring refills.
Can I buy more of the treat rings that come with this toy?

Is it ok for my dog to eat the plastic purple and white parts of this toy?

The plastic pieces on this toy are not intended to be ingested. It's recommended to always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

We call our Cavalier Chainsaw.

It's hard!to believe a 16lb. Cavalier King Charles Spaniel can destroy the toughest toy made in the first 30 minutes!!! I have spent hundreds trying to find toys to keep him busy. This one is lasting pretty well. I don't care for the treat and he has chewed every knob so the toy looks like he has had it for years but at least it is still useable.

Poor Quality

My 2 mini doxies LOVED this new chew toy. We have a different style of the same brand and it is also a favorite. But this one BROKE within 2 weeks of having it. Very disappointed in the quality. It was already a favoritie, but I would not buy again due to the quality. Very disappointing!

Long Lasting

I bought another style chew toy from the brand. Naira Marley loved it butt I had to replace it often. This one is a little more tricky for him to get to the treat so it last longer!

difficult to use

I have used and many dogs have liked , petsafe Bouncy Bone , thought my dogs would enjoy a more challenging chew , however this particular configuration was 1) impossible to get the rawhide rings on and 2) the dogs had an impossible time working this chew...highly recommend Bouncy Bone and discourage getting this one

Durable for extended play

This toy has been great for our young lab and has been great for us too when the weather is too treacherous for long walks. This toy has provided a lot of entertainment and enjoyment for our pup who has lots of energy and loves to chew.

dog lovers

Having chew champ dogs the 1st thing to happen will be they'll digest the green rings on both sides of the jack. Then there's a gap between the end cap making the treat easy to remove. You'll need to hack saw off the plastic stem to shorten the gap so the treats will last longer. When working correctly, it's a good toy, but the necessary modifications and time to assemble the treats each time make it a less desirable toy.

Doesnt hold up

This is a really great idea. But it only lasted my westie 1 day before he was able to break it, got a piece off and ate it.

Awesome Toy for Dogs Who Enjoy Challenges!

This is a smaller version of a two-sided Busy Buddy that my 3 year old, 17 lb. Chiweenie (chihuahua dachshund mix) is always excited to receive filled with a medium size rawhide type treat. He also enjoys the more difficult two-sided version but he is extremely food driven and willing to work at chewing through the disc to get off of the toy. My grand dachshund, 10 years old and usually food driven, wouldn't work hard enough to get the disc of off the two-sided busy buddy so I bought this smaller one and put medium size discs on it - much easier to get them off! Either way, my little guy loves this and will work at it for several minutes until he liberates the treat!

Too Hard to Play with

This is great for dogs that love to chew stuff. Unfortunately, my pup can care less for this toy. She hasn't moved it since I've gave it to her.

My dog broke within first 5 minutes. He snapped the white end off.
