I see the regular treat pouch is 7.5x6.5; what is the size of the mini pouch?

The mini pouch measures 6.5 inches long and 5 inches high.

How is using PVC (vinyl) considered to be “pet safe?” Are there phthalates in this PVC?

Phthalates are used as a plastic softener. Our treat pouch is made of nylon, meaning our treat pouches would not contain any phthalates. Further, the other material in our treat pouch is polypropylene. Polypropylene is exempt from Phthalates testing by the Consumer Product Safety Commission due to the very low to none Phthalates percentages. Therefore, we do not test our treat pouches for phthalates.

Perfect for training!

This was exactly what I was looking for training. The way this pouch opens is you pull the top open. It is a little difficult to open the first few days. It loosens up a little after the first few days. It stays open so you can use one hand to grab the next treat. This allows you to focus on your dog and has helped me become more efficient during training. I love that there is a flap in the main section with a small Velcro area for high value treats. The waist strap is helpful if you need to treat from a certain side as well. The belt clip on the pouch is well made if you prefer it over the belt. I can hang my car keys on the side as well when we go to the park for training. I highly recommend this for anyone who is serious about training.

Hard to access

The closure on the top is way too hard to open to access to the treats. It takes two hands. There should be a grip or someway to be able to open it easier. It also

I liked the size of the pouch. It fit nicely upon the hip and held enough treats for the amount of training that I needed. However, I found the clamp that opens and shots the pouch very inconvenient. Originally, that was my deciding factor for purchasing this one over others, but it is EXTREMELY hard to open which makes it difficult to use. I just leave it open. I wouldn’t buy it again.
