Is this like a litter box?

This disposable Pee-Pod tray lines the collection bin where it holds up to a ½ gallon of your dogs liquid waste. It can not be used as a litter box.
Hi- does this product require an additional product? Or does it come with the grass? I am getting a new puppy and live in the city. Wanting to have an indoor option until I can take her outside easily

This kit includes 7 Pee-Pods, 1 Tub of Wee Sponge and 1 Scoop.The Pee-Pod is a disposable tray that fits neatly inside the Pet Loo Pet Toilet, and the Pee-Sponge powder turns urine into a gel for mess-free disposal. This kit does not include the Pet Loo Pet Toilet and is sold separately.

Great but...

I decided to try this even thou the reviews were both up and down. I had a litter of Chocolate and Yellow Labrador pups 6 remaining. (2 out of the 6: 2 are remaining - I am keeping the littlest girl chocolate, shes only 3/4 the size of the rest, my son fell in love with a sweet little yellow girl pup). It worked quite well every few days changing it out. The biggest issue I have is that if you spill any of the pee while removing the tray its HORRABLE to try to mop, paper towels or anything its super hard to clean up. The granules are great at soaking up the pee but water it repels hence hard to clean up. Other than that, I love the product. One scoop last 4 - 12 week old pups about 2-3 days depending on usage. 2 pups 14 weeks old lasted 3-4 days. We are great potty training during the day but nights are a bit tougher.

Works well as directed, BUT

There's no doubt the product works. Why it doesn't work for me is because I just moved to a very rainy climate and within the first night the gel substance, which had absorbed A LOT of rain, was overflowing out of the tray and all over my balcony. There's no way I can use it outside in my climate. But it works!

This product was expensive to find a month after purchase that i couldn't get a replacement grass pad for the pet loo. I wanted an extra one to change out when washing and drying the other. Plus the pet loo absorbent powder is in such a small container. It only lasted like 4 changes of the tray. Only thing that is a pmus. The trays that come with are actually washable. They are pretty flimsy but can be reused. Just need bigger containers of the absorbent. Is a great product for indoors

Absorbs a lot

It’s amazing how much pee this powder absorbs, of course my dog is only 10 pounds so I’m not sure on big dogs. Also I leave mine outside so I’m afraid I can’t tell you if it masks the pee smell well or not....I think it does though. I would still recommend it.
