One of my cockatoo had plucked himself almost bald. I had tried a lot & was thinking my only option was to give him away. Short version: tried another vet, had his overgrown beak trimmed plus drop of medication and increased more chewing/shredding toys. Most of his feathers have grown back with exception of under wings and on legs. He’s chewing away on this toy so have high hopes all his feathers will have grown back.
