These treats are easy to chew as is or can broken into smaller pieces for dogs of all sizes. If broken too small, they may crumble.
Can you please confirm or deny if these are now made with NON USA raised meat as indicated in a customer review below? The packaging on the website states the opposite and I want to be sure of the product I would actually be receiving.

All of Plato's ingredients and proteins are sourced in the U.S. with the exception of Baltic Sprat (Baltic Sea), Hundur’s (Iceland) and Rosemary Extract from Europe.
Can you give these to a 4 month old puppy?
