You can brush dogs' teeth like normal. You can use a plain dry toothbrush or you can use a toothbrush with dog-safe toothpaste. It won't harm the dog to do both plaque off and manual brushing

Does the kelp need to touch the teeth, or can the dog swallow it whole and the product will work that way?

I was looking for something that would help with bad breath.

So I started trying a bunch of different dog treats for bad breath, I finally decided to try Proden so I brought the smaller one first so I didn't feel like I wasted

So I started trying a bunch of different dog treats for bad breath, I finally decided to try Proden so I brought the smaller one first so I didn't feel like I wasted my money if it didn't work just like all the other ones I ordered, but low and behold this product actually worked, both my fur babies have good smelling breath and the plus is that it helps with plaque. I would recommend this product for anyone's fur baby with bad or even worse bad breath, this will help ur fur baby for sure.

Several months ago, I realized that my two 4-yr old shepherds were showing plaque buildup. My vet said I should brush their teeth and I bought the kits but busy bad me never used them. I saw an ad for PlaqueOff and lazy me said hmm worth a try. I didn't really think about it much, but I added a chew to their breakfast routine. This week when I pried those lips back (displeased dog saying WHUH?), I was happily surprised to see no more brownish buildup along the molar bases. I had also added "greenies", a dental chew stick, as a mostly daily treat, so it could have been those that deserve credit for the white tooth doggie smiles, or maybe both products helped. I've re-ordered the PlaqueOff chews! Better safe than sorry!

We are so bummed!

My swissy Fig has been on this since Nov 7, 2025 and it caused her glands to flare up and be leaky. Something in this chew, she is allergic to as nothing in her diet changed (shes eating hydrolyzed treats and hydrolyzed diet) which is why we are giving the 2 stars. We thought it would be safe to give her as there is no animal product in there that is listed. We might have to go the route of the straight powdered kelp. We do brush her teeth with VOHC approved toothpaste but it looks like these chews helped her with her breath additionally to the teeth brushing. We have to stop giving them to her but all we can attest to at this moment is the breath and not the plaque/tartar :(

These worked for our pack!

Plaque off is the best for our dogs teeth we have seen a big difference

We have seen a huge difference in the amount plaque in dogs mouth and his breath with these very happy been telling everyone about them my aunt started buying these

I’ve been using plaque off for about a year now and it has made a notable difference according to our vet. Important to remember that it takes several weeks to start working and several months to really be noticeable.

Too soon to tell if they work but our new rescue likes them and that's all that matters. Our other 4 dogs love the mint ones but our new senior dog wanted nothing to do with the mint one or the other non mint popular brand. . Although, she was emaciated she didn't want the traditional dental treats but these she took to right away. Her teeth are pretty bad from neglect. Hopefully this will help remove some plaque but I'm just happy to find something she likes and can easily eat.
