My dogs LOVE these after-meal "toothbrushes"

First, my vet recommended this product. Then the dogs approved them. I am still a bit worried about my female being possessive with her chew, as I once had a dog

First, my vet recommended this product. Then the dogs approved them. I am still a bit worried about my female being possessive with her chew, as I once had a dog that died of an intestinal obstruction after gulping down a cow's ear. (Never again!) So I'm seeing the vet tomorrow and ask if she can help me assess whether these chews are safe for my girl. Currently I sit with my dogs when they're chomping on them, but if one chokes on it, I highly doubt I could do anything to help him or her...so 4 stars in appreciation for my dogs' and my vet's enthusiasm for this product, but am still worried about safety.

Need to be harder

My Great Dane breaks these in half and almost chokes on it every time. I usually have to confiscate it to avoid her swallowing the whole thing. They need to be harder

My dog almost choked to death. I had to give her the Heimlich maneuver then put my hand down the back of her throat to remove the piece in the photo. It was lodged

My dog almost choked to death. I had to give her the Heimlich maneuver then put my hand down the back of her throat to remove the piece in the photo. It was lodged in her throat blocking off her airway. I’m so grateful I was home to save her. Please don’t leave your dogs unattended while consuming this product.

Miracle cleaners

We have 3 dogs, 2 just don't use their back teeth & they were terrible! Being as 1 is over 10 getting put to sleep for a teeth cleaning at $600 was a non starter

We have 3 dogs, 2 just don't use their back teeth & they were terrible! Being as 1 is over 10 getting put to sleep for a teeth cleaning at $600 was a non starter for us! These were recommended by family & we expected to see SOME improvement in weeks or months, we saw a HUGE difference in less than 2 weeks!!! Wow! Were talking brown, chunky starter here, I was about to use a pick myself to get the worst off, these took it right off!! Now we're working towards more whitening all over & it's happening. We rarely leave reviews but these chews saved future gum disease for sure on our babies. Now to be fare we have 1 girl who just has no interest in them, luckily she's young & teeth look good
