Sir Bo of the Wiggly Butt Clan says GOOD Stuff. He's losing his teeth and needs softer food. I softened up his hard food, but he just didn't like it. Tried everything to soften it water, broth, milk nothing worked. Mixed some softened food up with this and we have a winner! A can of this and an equal amount of softened food, little bit of water, puree it up so he can slurp it down easy and we have a fat and happy boy again!
I have four farm dogs that eat anything. And I mean anything. They are NOT picky at all. Not one dog wanted this food. Complete waste of my money. I’m very disappointed purina would put this out. They barely would eat the beef and salmon gravy ones but did so reluctantly. Like I said, these are farm dogs that eat anything. I would have given this zero stars if I had that option.
We have two dogs & noticed problems from time to time with diarrhea. It took a while but finally zeroed in on this canned ration. After eliminating it as a food option the problem went away. We. Have & do use other Purina products with no problems.
This food gave my poor dogs horrible stomach problems. Throwing up and diarrhea. I will never buy purina one dog food again. I feel so guilty for even feeding it to them in the first place, just bad bad food.
I think my dogs just dont like the Purina cuts. They eat this mix when its ground but have to be coaxed to eat the cuts. Good amount of gravy and meat cuts are all same size.
My dog Romeo is more of the family dog and when his 'girlfriend ' Sasha passed, he wasn't given as much attention by other family members. See Romeo was a stray that fell in love with my mom's newly adopted black German Shepard she got after my dad passed in 2011, hence his name Rome. He kept breaking into yard and soon they.became inseparable so when she passed of cancer, he needed some extra love and I spend more time and attention with him..he loves it and would prefer attention to food! I don't have a lot of money but I felt he needed more nutrition than his dry food! He loves it! I just ish there were a senior formula as he is an older dog!
Usually this food is great, and I’ve never had a problem with it before. My dog has always loved the taste (and she’s pretty picky, so it was nice finding something she liked). This morning I opened a can for her breakfast and found this preserved fly inside. Really gross.
Muffin was easting Daves wet dog food and the cost of it was just getting too high. Muffin enjoys her duck treats and her air fried chicken tenders with her dinner. Start to look at other brands that were all natural with no dyes added. Had Purina One and orderd just a case to see how see would like it. When it was delivered I put cans out for her dinner with no tenders to see how she would like it. She ate both can and licked her bowl clean. I have started to wean her off and just go with Purina One going forward and so far so good. Great product with all natural ingredients, good cost per case and she enjoys it. Have order 3 cases, 1 of this and 2 of the other flavors.
I usually add a spoonful of Pedigree wet food to my dogs food with no problem. Thought I would try the Purina but it seems to give them very loose stools.
My Great Dane loves it. We spoon feed one can every morning. He eats dry food rest of day
