Feed an average-size adult cat 1 can per 3 pounds of body weight daily. Divide into two or more meals. Refrigerate unused portion.
Kittens: Feed up to twice the adult amount.
Reproduction: Pregnant or nursing cats may require two to four times their normal feeding.
Please allow 7-10 days to ease the transition from your cat's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Purina ONE until you're feeding Purina ONE exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.

I bought two cases of cat food. One variety was Salmon and the other case was Tuna. The cat only licks up the juice found in the can and will not touch the solid contents. I end up throwing the entire contents in the garbage. I looked closely st what was left on the plate after serving it to my Bombay. I picked up the remaining solid pieces in my fingers and it was like bits of rubber. I couldn't break up the pieces with my fingers as hard as I tried. I squeezed the bits with my fingers and it was the consistency of a hard, spongy substance. In my opinion, no fish should be able to stay together when smashing it with strong fingers. I have handled tuna fish and salmon for human consumption and know it breaks apart very easily. The contents of these cans is UNIDENTIFIABLE. Spent fifty bucks on absolute garbage.
My 16 yo Siamese hates this flavor and it's expensive compared to most Fancy Feast varieties. It's sauce with lots of chunks of whatever and she won't eat it, just licks the sauce. I will donate it to shelter.
My cats love trout but I could no longer find a food we’d used before. So far my boys have responded fairly well to this new trout product. One caveat-I have to use small scissors to cut up the piece, otherwise they won’t eat them.
I purchased this to try to get my rescue cats eating something else because canned True Instinct wet cat food “Chicken and Gravy “ has been been out of stock for at least 5 plus weeks. None of my 4 cats will eat it, my rescue cats won’t and so I tried it with the stray cats. Only one eats it. I hope they bring the chicken and gravy back!
As always my delivery was on time and the product was in great shape. I have tried this food from time to time off the shelf and my cat liked it. Unfortunately that apparently was the extent of it. It just didn’t work out for my cat as part of a more regular diet. I want to get away from Fancy Feast over time, guess I will just need to try different brands out there. There was nothing at all wrong with the food, I simply have a finicky cat.
I'm sure I'm like other cat owners who dump out or give away cat food before we find the one they will eat. In two years you would think I would have learned. Purina Pro Plan Complete Essentials is the one they voted for. I panicked when price was increased, bought Purina One. They don't like the chewy chunks. Now I have a good supply to carry in car to feed to stray animals.
My cats love the purina one tuna and salmon flavors, but they’ve both been out of stock for weeks. Well we finally ran out and I figured I’d give this a try. This one is TERRIBLE. They won’t touch it and it made the entire room smell like formaldehyde. I literally had to air out my house after opening two of these cans. I feel bad for even offering this to them.
My cats hate the food. I have a full case and can not use it.
Worst cat food I ever bought. Tried it because usual purchase out of stock. So bad I hesitate to donate to local cat shelter.
Look like we won't be ordering again Looks like he does not like this variety at all. Thanks
